Innocent Tsorxe

MNE Student

Innocent is a graduate student at the department of nuclear engineering. He is anticipating working on a research project of measuring short-lived fission product yields from photon-induced fission of Special Nuclear Materials. He is currently under the advisement of Dr. Robert Hayes in the Retrospective Dosimetry and Nuclear Assay laboratory.

Innocent earned a B.S.in Radiation Technology/Health Physics from Alcorn State University in Mississippi in 2014. He also received M.S. degree in nuclear engineering from Texas A&M University in 2017.

Innocent is currently employed as a Medical/Health Physicist at Duke University and Duke University Medical Center. He is also the President-elect of the North Carolina Chapter of Health Physics society.
