Registration
Registration deadline has been set FIVE working days prior to workshop.
All fields must be completed, information is needed for either CEU credit processing or security clearance.
1. Online registration can be accessed here.
Information is encrypted then submitted.
2. Download Shearon Harris Visitors' Consent Form here.
Page 1 of the consent form must be completed and faxed directly to 919-515-5115 or scanned then sent to lisa.marshall@ncsu.edu.
3. The registration check is to be made payable to “NC State University
Engineering Foundation Inc.” and mailed to the following
address prior to workshop. Please make sure that
checks are mailed in sufficient time to arrive before workshop.
A receipt will be provided on first day. In memo section of your check,
please indicate "STW2008".
